We're thrilled to announce that we've been shortlisted for the Michelmores Property Awards 2024! Our innovative work at the Larkstone Watersports Hub for North Devon Council has caught the eye of the judges and is a contender for the Leisure and Tourism Project of the Year.

We are delighted to announce that we are starting the external refurbishment works to Barnstaple Guildhall, a historic building in the heart of the town. This transformative project is dedicated to preserving and enriching the heritage of our community, returning the Guildhall to its former glory.

On Wednesday 7th June at the Building Safety Groups’ (BSG) 6th annual awards ceremony at the Williams F1 Experience Centre in Oxford, Wayne Manning won Site Manager of the Year for the South West region.

Site Managers Wayne Manning, Richard Young, and Peter Hamley have all been recognised for their proven dedication and making their mark as the best in the UK after winning a top housing industry award. They are all celebrating receiving a Quality Award from the National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards for their respective developments at Lower Abbots Buckland Brewer and Taw Wharf Barnstaple.
