This project consists of the refurbishment of the ground floor to recreate the Samaritans offices, and the creation of a new flat to the first floor. A new entrance and new mains services were installed.
Particular attention was given to the acoustics between the properties.
An upgrade to insulation properties and M&E services was made to the dwellings. For the duration of the project the Samaritans were temporarily housed within our training facilities.
I cannot thank you and your team enough for all your hard work on our building during this last week. You all, and Chris in particular, did an amazingly thorough job, which was much more than you'd bargained for at the outset. I also appreciated how much you cleaned up and left everything in good order. I now think that we can relax and know that all is now secure - and smelling fresh! I do appreciate that, even though you are busy, you really pulled out all the stops to help us out and get us fully functioning again. We are just about to open our first shifts of the evening/night and I hope that you can pass this email onto your managers and you all get the appreciation you deserve.
