Construction Ilfracombe
This project involved the design and build of a high specification training barn on a difficult part of the site. The construction consited of piled foundations, site built timber frame with larch cladding, internal acoustic partition and a vaulted ceiling.
Education Barnstaple
The refurbishment of one floor of Block E, to provide a new teaching facility for ‘T’ Levels. We created open space teaching areas with bespoke benching, ‘break out’ spaces and offices, and completely redecorated the space.
Residential Barnstaple
The Woodville development entailed the demolition of bungalows and garages, with the construction of 9 residential properties, sympathetically designed to fit the surrounding environment. The Woodville houses are part of a regeneration project being available for rent via North Devon Homes.
Education Barnstaple
The work for this project involved the construction of a new traditionally built masonry & steel framed structure, which provided 70 study bedrooms with en-suite facilities along with 3 dwellings for the house parents.
Residential Northam
A stylish new housing development with a modern flavour, tucked away in the seculded location of Clevelands Park. The six executive homes feature vaulted ceilings, contemporary spaces and feature laminated plywood handmade bespoke joinery.
Refurbishment Mortehoe
A was a major refurbishment of a mid-terraced property, works included; Extending the basement & ground floors to provide improved living accommodation, post-replacement of external windows & doors & internal rearrangements providing additional bath & shower facilities.
