A complete refurbishment
This was a major refurbishment of a mid-terraced property with restricted access.
The works included; Extending the basement and ground floors to provide improved living accommodation, post replacement of external windows and doors and internal rearrangements providing additional bath and shower facilities.
The property has been fully rewired and new heating system installed, as well as a small solar PV system. A complete internal and external redecoration was undertaken and externally the balcony railing to both front and rear have been repaired/adapted as necessary.
