The company was named the Winner of the Outstanding Residential Development Award for its Market Gardens project in Great Torrington. This national recognition highlights Pearce Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes that make a positive impact within the local community.
Pearce Construction also received a Highly Commended award in the Heritage and Conservation – Remarkable Renovation and Restoration Project category for its restoration of The Guildhall, Barnstaple. The commendation acknowledges the team’s sensitivity, craftsmanship, and dedication in preserving an important local landmark.
