Pearce is delighted to announce that its housebuilding division, Pearce Homes, has been shortlisted in two categories at the National Federation of Builders (NFB) Construction Awards of Excellence 2026.
A Double Shortlisting
Pearce Homes has been recognised in the Outstanding Housebuilder category, while its flagship Taw Wharf development in Barnstaple has been shortlisted for Outstanding Housing Development.

Taw Wharf Shortlisted in the Outstanding Housing Development category.
Alongside the Outstanding Housebuilder recognition, Taw Wharf has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Housing Development category. The landmark Barnstaple scheme represents the culmination of a five-phase regeneration project that has transformed a historic brownfield site on the banks of the River Taw into a vibrant new riverside community.
Combining contemporary architecture with a deep respect for the site's maritime and industrial heritage, Taw Wharf has delivered a diverse mix of high-quality homes while reconnecting the town with its waterfront.
