A Work of Art
The project provided a Theatre, Art & Technology Classrooms, Dressing Rooms, Disabled Lift and Circulation Areas with a first-floor glazed link.
The construction is a cross laminated timber frame structure, with larch cladding, built to extremely high detailing standards. The project also included pellet fired boiler, photo voltaic panels, sensor controlled lighting and adheres to stringent air test requirements.
