Creating Better Facilities for Brighter Futures
Our project at Petroc College included the major refurbishment of 3 blocks at the centre of a live campus.
Block A received internal refurbishment and remodelling of teaching areas and break-out spaces.
Block C work included internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing building, as well as external refurbishment including new windows and curtain walling, insulated external render, rainscreen aluminium cladding, trespa cladding and a curved brise soleil.
Refurbishment of Block D focused on the roof of the existing sports hall, including new aluminium feature verge and eves, plus the construction of a new vertical extension to create a new fitness suite.
