A Major Refurbishment
The project at Green Lanes Shopping Centre in Barnstaple was a major refurbishment of the mall and function of a new entrance, including demolition of the concrete frame and floor structure through the live shopping venue. A temporary entrance was constructed with a protected tunnel for the public.
This restricted site on Barnstaple's High Street was a logistical challenge which, with careful consideration and planning, was successfully achieved.
