Looking After Man's Best Friend
This is an ongoing project which involves the demolition and replacement of kennels and public facilities, as well as the refurbishment of existing buildings to provide an improved and more efficient design.
The aim is to create a better environment for happier dogs and, at the same time, reduce the carbon foot-(paw)-print, using renewable energy resources wherever possible.
The buildings include high level insulation and under-floor heading in kennels as well as glass-fronted and angled rehoming kennels, with an optimisation of natural light.
