Affordable Housing
The project at Church Grove, Newport, involved the construction of 4 new social housing properties for our client, North Devon Homes. These new affordable homes will provide a solution for families trying to gain a foothold on the property ladder for the first time.
As with all Pearce homes, the new properties are build to a high-quality specification, made to last and attractively designed to fit unobtrusively into the community.
